Although it is November we are hoping to use the yard and the house so dress appropriately. Bring a chair for sitting outside. Our new home does have a hot tub, and we plan to have it available if possible. As we haven’t actually moved in as of the time of this writing we don’t know the current condition of the tub other than it was clean and running when we saw the home in early August.
Eastpointe has an ordinance regarding open burning, so if in our research we find we can comply we will possibly have a small enclosed fire. I think we will need to purchase an enclosed unit, but I still need to figure that out.
Gifts not expected or required; we just want to celebrate with friends. This will be a pot luck style event so please bring something to share if you are able to and if you are a planner please state in your log what you will bring. We will provide some sort of main entree but I am not sure what that will be yet. Please bring your own beverages. We likely won't have time to find swag for the Traveling Treasure Chest Trackable so feel free to bring something to add to it.
As I know status of the Hot Tub and fire rules I will try to post notes.
Parking is available on the street but should it be taken there is a parking lot at the 10 mile end that should be fairly empty on weekends.
