Who doesn't enjoy a holiday? Well this is/was a different holiday. As I hid this cache I realized the name is just about outdated. This should a quick park and grab, but stealth may be required because at hiding time there was rehab construction going on. A name change of the facility will apparently in order.
This meant to be a skirt lifter, but the skirt didn't lift, but it's there. Maybe when it gets warmer.
