Number 1010 in a series of caches where a red telephone box is in close proximity to a post box.
The only rules are that they have to be able to be photographed together, be not more than 100’ apart and the phone boxes have to be red.
"Ravenshead originally had two post offices. The Fishpool Post Office and Newsagents opened on Main Road about 1941. It closed in October 2000 on the retirement of the last sub postmaster and reverted to a private house." (From "Turning Back the Pages in Ravenshead" compiled by Philip E. Although there are footways on both sides of the road, this is a very busy road with a 40mph limit so please take care. Avoid parking in either of the bus stop areas (potentially expensive); it's possible to park up within short walking distance of this nano cache -seating nearby for admin (see photo -so much street furniture it was tricky to get a clear photo).
