This is a Travel Bug Hotel. It is within two blocks of highway 96
in Leoti, KS. Easy off, easy on. This is a good place for your
travel bug to rest and be taken care of after traveling the plains
of Kansas. Cache is on our private property so please be respectful
of it so we don’t have to shut it down or move it. It is easy to
find, in the driveway behind the bench. Free board and room for
your travel bugs. Ring the doorbell right there by the bench and if
we are home we’ll come out and get acquainted.
All travel bugs have a night time curfew of dark and must be in
their rooms in order to get a good nights rest for their travels
the next day so please, no night visits. All Travel bugs should
register in the log book when arriving and leaving. Bugs that don’t
get picked up in a timely manner can use the free bug shuttle
service for transportation to a nearby cache. All bugs must be
entered on www.geocaching.com as soon as possible so as not to
worry their owners. The cache is a green ammo box. Please, if you
take a bug, leave a bug. While in town visit several of the other
caches in the area. Also visit the Museum of the Great Plains at N
38° 28.968 W 101° 21.493, two blocks north of the main intersection
and if you have time, visit the Santa Fe Hand Dug well 9 miles west
at N 38° 28.409 W 101° 32.504--there is a geocache there
