Should have been a park ...

I've always thought this odd place should have become a city park. Its been for sale as long as I can remember. It must have been beautiful once upon a time.

Large dark green plastic container, log book, pen and lots and lots of goodies for the kids.

Not appropriate for a nighttime cache hunt.
