This cache is located in a very busy park. Please use stealth and return the cache as found. Room for small tradables or Travel bugs.
This cache was placed in clear view of the Spencer Smith Park Peer which has been under construction since the wheel was invented. Perhaps if they complete it, the name of the cache will come true. For anyone who has followed the building of the peer, it has been one delay after another due to mishaps and money. Enjoy a walk in the park and one of the many festivals held during the summer months. Some of the park staff are aware and seem to be amuzed by the visitors. Update June 14, 2013- After many years, delays, law suites, and 14 million+, this peer finally opened. Hope you enjoy the peer.
