Slepkavu grava Traditional Geocache

LV: Slepkavu grava ir 19. gs. sākumā laupītāju iecienīta vieta, jo dziļās gravas malā ceļš bijis ļoti šaurs.

ENG: At the beginning of 19th century, the Murderer’s Slope was popular among robbers due to the deep slope along the narrow road.

LV: Pavisam netālu no Rīgas-Liepājas šosejas, nogriežoties dienvidu virzienā un pabraucot garām Podnieku ezeram, ceļa kreisajā pusē paveras skats uz stāvu krauju, kas sakrīt ar Bandavas pauguraines austrumu nogāzi. Senāk šī bija laupītāju iecienīta vieta un to dēvēja par Slepkavu gravu.

ENG: Not far from the highway Rīga-Liepāja, going south and leaving Podnieku Lake behind, you will find a steep slope on your left. Here is the east edge of Bandava hilly area. In old days this place was popular among robbers and it was called the Murderer’s Slope.
