The event will happen EXACTLY at noon on May 20th, 2007 on the right hand side of the store in the parking lot.
Therefore, as Flash Mob rules state, you can NOT show up until 11:57! Everyone arrived at the same time, hangs out for 15 minutes, then takes off as fast as everyone arrived!
The event is similar to the Micro Events held by TRIGO.
The event will last exactly 15 minutes, no longer!

All times will be will be GPS times! (using the clock on you GPS, therefore, we will all have the exact same time)

We will have music, food, etc for everyone to enjoy! Since this a (micro event, kind of), music will be on a small radio and food will be Hershey Kisses! Everything will be micro! Normally, a micro event lasts only 5 minutes at the most, but since we are in coordination with other Flash Mob events going on the same day, we are extending it to 15 minutes!

Here is the itinerary for the event

Core Volunteer staff meet at "secret chosen" area to organize, plan and prep.

11:45 - 11:59
Participants: Mill about and mosey. Be nonchalant and casual. Look like a muggle. Don't look like a gathering waiting to happen. Mosey as realistically as you can. This is part of the fun. We will seem to appear out of no-where.

11:58
* we will begin filming video for the entire event to capture the moments.

12:00
Simultaneously:
I will signal everyone when the event begins!
*Put a CD (boom box style) player for some pleasant, upbeat, caching music.
*pictures from the event
*hand out geocaching explanation sheets to curious muggles
*Hershey's Kisses (HKs) for distribution
* Picking up log sheets, signing them, then dropping them in the log bucket!

12:00 - 12:08
Participants: Mingle. Share stories. Brag. Trade swag. Take pictures. Sign the log (sheets). CITO the local area!

Food service division preps HKs and calls participants over

12:08
Participants: Go over to the feeding area for Hershey's Kisses
Hershey's Kisses will be distributed (as an official "meal")
Photographer preps to take group photo
Participants: Make sure to CITO your foil wrappers.

12:10
Participants: Go over to the photo area and assemble FAST. Listen to the photographer for directions.
Group photo(s) is taken

12:14
One minute warning is called "It is now 12:14!"
Participants: Prep to leave, but don't "look" like your are prepping. (You might want to "secretly" organize where you will re-form after dispersal.)

12:15 EXACTLY
Participants: Wait for it ... then LEAVE the area (right at 12:15) and meet elsewhere if desired. We want to clear the video taping area (we will continue to tape for a minute or so) to show us "vacate".
The log sheet collection box will be packed up and sealed
We will leave the area to go ... elsewhere.
