This is an easy cache to get to and find. There is parking available, as well as a paved path that goes to about 20ft from the cache. The container is a small plastic Lock 'n Lock box.
The cache is located at the Barton-Brown Observatory, which is on the grounds of the Waterville Public Library. The Observatory is operated by the Mohawk Valley Astronomical Society. This cache is also part of my Eagle Scout Project, which includes a Sci-Fi guideboard, raised flower bed, and staining the sides of the Observatory. The Library hours are from 10:00am - 5:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; 2:00pm - 8:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays; 10:00am - 2:00pm on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays, as well as all Saturdays throughout the months of July and August.
