You will require a partner (or passing muggle) to complete this Cache. As one takes the picture, the other poses and then vice versa.
Rules for the Phoon pose:
- Stand sideways to the camera. (A Phoon is always viewed from the side.)
- Bend your arms at the elbows. (Look like an athletic runner, not a ballerina.)
- Lift your rear elbow (not your hand) so that it is easy to see behind your back.
- Lean forward at the waist. This will help you look more energetic and will help you lift your rear ankle.
- Bend at the knee, the leg you're standing on.
- When possible, do not look at the camera and do not smile.
- Either arm can be the rear arm.
- Either leg can be the rear leg.
- And don't tip over! 
You may pheel a little phoolish, but just go out and have some phoon!

Antigua. The main feature (apart from the cache) and the centrepiece of the village is the magnificent church of Cruze de Caldoswhich is almost 500yrs old and has been consecrated since 1785. Antigua was briefly the capital of the island in 1812 and 1835.
Next to the church is a beatiful villa plaza, which is filled with flowers all year round, and during Fiestas(of which there are many!!). It is packed with throngs of locals and visitors alike, enjoying Canarian hospitality.
An artist from the island Daves Jesus Neivesrestored one of the local windmills and the council turned it into a tourist attraction. "El Molino del Antigua"It can be found just to the North and is easily identifiable with its large black and white windmill. The centre has a fine cactus garden.
