General prairie terrian including loose soil, grass, weeds,
stickers, some trees. Old wire fence is down in grass - use
caution. Camo container - Lock-n_Lock - 12 cup. Be sure to re-hide
completely.
This cache series
originally placed to help teach local 4th graders about
Latitude/Longitude, Mapping and Geo Spatial concepts. Also
great way to learn about GPS technology. FTF will technically
be the class kids but feel free to claim once
published.
Placed near the old and now totally unused schoolhouse in NorthPort
Nebraska. I am sure this place holds a lot of memories for some
locals. The school was merged with the nearby Bridgeport schools
many years ago. the building was used for some community events for
a while and then storage. Now boarded up. Quick find with some
History. If you have time follow the dirt road aroun to the
blacktop before returning to town. nice little drive. Ignore the no
outlet sign it is not true. Enjoy.
