locals tell me this place used to sell beer on sundays years ago.nearby countys did not sell beer on sundays.guess they made there millions and got out.YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CROSS ANY FENCES OR GO ON PRIVATE PROPERTY

A little information thanks from GeoGriff 7 who visited the cache....
FUN FIND. Just to add to the history, "this place" was originally put there because the town of Vernon would not allow beer to be sold within the town limits, so they started "this place," in the county, to sell beer. The same family owned the Silver Sage in Vernon and "this place," at the time. My Grandad put the building there for them. As far as the Sunday beer thing, I don't know about that. It does have a name, but I didn't know if you wanted that in your spoiler.
