Over the past 10 years or so, I have holidayed regularly in the delightful town of Knysna. This multi-cache will take you to some of my favourite places in the town and around the estuary. It's a good old-fashioned treasure hunt where one clue leads on to the next.
Unless you are a very fit cyclist, you will need a motor bike or car. The terrain rating of 2 assumes that you are driving. If you cycle, it would be considerably higher. I estimate that, if you try to complete the whole cache in one go, it might take about one hour and a half . But there are many distractions on the way, including other caches near waypoints 1 and 2, and you might like to take a more leisurely approach. Whichever way you choose to go about things, I hope you have fun and enjoy this little celebration of Knysna and its surroundings.
Whatever you do, don't forget your camera!
I am very grateful to local cacher snuifhond for agreeing to carry out any maintenance that may be needed and for finding a great new location for the cache after the first and second ones got destroyed.
