4. The HELL

The cache is not at listed coordinate, but nearby, that's an on-field puzzle.

About the character:

The HELL (地獄), is a fictional characters from a local comics "Tiger Shark (海虎)", by WAN, Yat Leung (溫日良) or Fat-Leung (肥良), which was published between 1994 and 1997.
In the story, most characters entitle supernatural power, just like those super heroes in US.
Besides the HELL, there are 3 main characters, Tiger Shark (海虎), Killer Whale (奧加) and Great White (天道).
What make the HELL stand out from others is that he knows a "trick", that can summon a "daemon", which can co-operate with him perfectly during battle, just like 2 fight against 1. In latter story, the number of daemon can increase up to 7 by his apprentice.
With this special trick, make him nearly invincible, he named it as "God of war from the hell (地獄戰神)".

At listed coordinate, there is a shelter nearby, you will find several hinted objects, with an internet accessible mobile phone (of course a special apps), you can crack the code and get the final coordinate.
That cache is Garmin UN-friendly.
GZ is always occupied by muggles, I tried 4 times until I can install everything (1 D rating for that), good luck.
