Green Bluff has a lot of fun places to visit. This is a place I like to go. It is a great place to unwind and spend time with friends. This cache is placed with permission of the land and business owners. In fact, if it is open during your visit stop in and say hi. Let them know you came up to find the cache. This place is dog and family friendly.
A little history on this location: We are a 3rd generation family owned farm that started many years ago as one of the largest fruit producing orchards, that turned our direction to growing Christmas trees, and the passion of our brewmaster to craft beers dedicated to the agricultural background of beautiful Green Bluff. Our alehouse is a nearly a hundred year old building, once used as the bunkhouse for the mill workers who once worked the mill still partially on our farm, and then became a temporary home to those original owners while they built the permanent home. After that Lisa's grandparents purchased the working orchard, and raised over 100 varieties of fruit, until 1981 when they decided they were tired and had enough working two jobs and had all but a few trees torn out, and that started their tradition of hosting the annual Cherry Pickers Trot for the next 34 years.
