Geocache Description:

Have you heard about World Wide Flash Mob or WWFM. It's a 15 minutes long cache event which is simultaneously held around the globe!

SPECIAL THANKS TO GRAFINATOR for providing links and advice for our First Kamloops Flash Mob event.

You only have 4 things to do during the WWFM VIII - Sunglasses and crazy beach stuff.

1) Sign the log book( geocaching name).
2) Greet fellow cachers
3) Have fun with your outrageous sunglasses and crazy beach stuff
4) Group photo at the end

Who? Geocachers, their families and friends.
What? A flash mob cache event.
Where? Above coordinates.
When? 10:00 - 10:15 am PST. June 4, 2011.

Here is the itinerary for the WWFM VIII - Sunglasses and Crazy Beach stuff
9:45 to 9:59 am...
Park and hang out but dont acknowledge fellow cachers.

10:00 am...
LadyLee will open the event by walking to centre and putting on her sunglasses,,, which is the signal for everyone else to don their glasses and beach stuff (after all it is almost summer)
10:00 - 10:01 am...
- Everybody gather at Ground Zero.
-10:01 - 10:10 am...
-Sign the log book with your geocaching name. Co-ords for new caches will be handed out at this time.
- Chat and mingle, make arrangements to cache or meet for coffee... several coffee shop within a one minute walk.

10:10 - 10:14-
Announcement to organize yourselves for the group photo.
10:14 am...
-One minute warning!

10:15 am. Exactly...
-All participants must leave the area. Everybody! It is very important that we all leave the premises at exactly 10:15 am after I say goodbye, to make it a true Flash Mob.
-We can all meet somewhere else to socialize or just go caching yourselves.

NEWS FLASH JUST IN
1. There IS a souvenir being planned for all official WWFM VIII events. The souvenir will be retroactively awarded to all people who have logged an "attended" log on any of the official WWFM VIII events within 2 weeks of the event date. This will only be done one time, so make sure to tell your attendees to log their attendance right away.

If anyone is wanting to place a few caches, please send us the co-ords and we will try to put something together. We, also will try to have a dozen or so caches in place.
