Who is PC? You'll see the sign after you arrive at the coordinates. The cache is a 35mm film canister with only a log sheet, so make sure you bring your own pen/pencil. Log is small, so please only date and sign, use both sides.
After finding this quick grab, go into PC Beverage and say "hello" to Chick. Tell him Mayday sent ya. Don't forget to ask who the heck "PC" is. Beware, muggles keep coming and going.
