I adopted this cache in August 2007. It's one of the oldest
caches in Waco and I wanted to keep it going. I will continue to
maintain the spirit in which it was placed and will keep it going
until such time that it is no longer possible to carry on the
nature of the hide. Come find it!
Best experienced during Spring when the place is in full bloom.
However, fun for the entire family all year round as well. The
cache used to be a medium sized green tupperware container (Think
70's type colors).
It is now a cammo'd rubbermade jar.
There is somewhat heavy tree cover around the cache, so GPS
coordinates will wander and of course may be hard to maintain when
during the heavy foilage seasons.
The trail will take you to an open shelter (observation deck)
and this will put you within easy distance of the cache.
There is a nearby Letterbox: Cameron Park: Miss Nellie's Hidden
Picnic LbNA #: 32550, this is not the cache. But can be fun to find
too. Remember, if you find the Letterbox, do not take the stamp. it
is not a trade item.
