Geocache Description:

The cache IS at the posted coordinates! But, it's a challenge cache. Folks must find the cache and complete the challenge to post a "found it" log. Please date your log correctly or risk having your log deleted.

A long road trip.
A flight with a long layover. (I just loooved GC5165! )
A visit to the Northeast, or to any of the places mentioned here.

These are several ways to complete this THREE STATES IN ONE DAY challenge. Knowing the creativity of geocachers, y'all will come up with others! Timing of this hide coincides with the approach of Geowoodstock VIII.

Now for a few words from the Promotion of Clarity Department:

You must find at least 3 caches, all on the same calendar day, to complete this challenge.
At least 3 states have to be represented across the finds.
The District of Columbia can count as one of the states.
Although this might be commonly achieved using US states, three foreign states in a day would qualify.
The caches may be of any cache type, but the visits to virtuals or earthcaches should occur on the qualifying day.
Past finds DO NOT qualify. The caches must be found on or after June 26, 2010.
In your "found it" log, indicate the qualifying caches' names, GC numbers, their states, and the date you completed the challenge.
You must sign the log of the physical cache; you may sign the log before completing the challenge. The date of a found-it log will be the date you completed the challenge or signed the log, whichever is later.

Have fun! Difficulty is for the challenge, not the hide.

Congrats to G3cube for the FTF!
Congrats to Tntcarroll for making this find #1000!
Congrats to two bison for making this their 1000th unknown cache!
