I have been thinking about what I was going to do with this awesome container my brother gave me last summer for quite a while now. Should I make it a puzzle cache? Or maybe a Multicache? Or maybe it would be better if I just did a Traditional hide.
One day while I was out, I decided to stop into a local drug store and ask if they had any empty 35mm film containers they wanted to get rid of. I don't know why I thought of checking. It just popped into my head. Once I had them at home, I started prepping them. Not for any particular reason, but I figured I would start getting them ready.
As I was working, my mind started thinking about how I was going to use them. Then suddenly, I remembered the awesome container. I began wondering what I should do with it, and slowly this idea began to form in my head.
To solve the puzzle, you must find the info that is hidden in A Puzzling Series caches. GC6MFP6 is the first cache in the series. I have placed numbers & words in some of the caches in the series. The information has been placed in random order (luck of the draw) so you do not have to find each cache in sequence. You should know what to do with the info as you find it. A notebook to record the info would be very helpful!
There is lots of SWAG in the cache, from puzzle games to cars, to figures & lots of other cool stuff. Please be sure to trade accordingly!
There is a special prize for the FTF. I have my bet on as to who it will be... but ya never know... I just could be wrong! Some one needs to stop the resident Alien (check here GC32RD4) from getting all the FTF's! LOL
There are two types of information that you will need to gather. First you will need numbers to match up for the correct coordinates to the cache, and second, you will need to gather a series of words which you must put into the correct order to get a hint for the hide. Every container will have something hidden in it, but not every container will have anything you will need, but be sure to check and record the info.
The cache is hidden at
N 43° AB.CDE
W 071° FG.HIJ
Most caches in A Puzzling Series are hidden along narrow rural roads, Some roads are unpaved. Be sure to use caution when pulling over. Some people are idiots and race through these roads. Most caches in the series should be winter friendly with the exception of a few and this cache. Depending on how much snow we get, this may not be available. Please be sure to close & secure the cover properly before leaving to keep out the elements & possibly the critters. Most of all, I hope you have fun! Happy Caching!
Contratulations to rjb43nh on being FTF! Great job! Of course, I never had any doubt that the alien would be there first!
