I-93 Exit 4 Travel Bug Hotel Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

MainePublisher: All geocache placements must have a responsive owner. The cache owner must be able to respond to issues that come up and to submit an "owner maintenance" log to remove the "needs maintenance" icon.

In addition to the "needs maintenance" logs and DNF logs, Goundspeak also uses a Health Score algorithm. https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713

In this case, Groundspeak has sent an email to the cache owner with no response. The cache owner did not respond to any of the cachers hoping to find the cache and did not respond to the reviewer note so the cache is now archived.

The cache location is now open for any Geocacher to place a new cache, including the original cache owner.

How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

We have truly enjoyed the travel bug aspect of geocaching. Our children especially have had a great time with them. In the spirit of this facet of geocaching we are placing this cache.

This cache is conveniently located at the park and ride in Londonderry, right off I-93 exit 4. You should be able to park within a couple hundred feet of the cache. Please don’t try to access this from the exit ramp. Too dangerous.

Being as this is a Travel Bug Hotel there are a few guidelines to follow:
1. If you don’t have a travel bug to trade please sign the log with a TNLN.
2. If at all possible please note in the log the names of the bugs you took and the bugs you left or at least in your online log.
3. Please trade only trackables (travel bugs, travel tags, etc...), no other trade items (swag) please.
4. All are welcome to revisit this cache as often as you like. After the first visit please log this with a note instead of a found it.

I decided to make this hide a bit challenging (If you’ve done Pine Island Cache GCJD2W in Manchester you should have no problem). Please rehide it the way you found it. THIS CACHE HAS BEEN ARCHIVED. (We have a sentimental fondness for "old" caches so we're leaving this reference.)
