Welcome to London Hubs series! This is the first cache in the series. The point of the series is for cachers who commute on the bus, tube or any London transport to quickly grab a cache before work or whatever. History:
Gloucester Road tube station was opened in 1868 for use on the Metropolitan Railway. The second set of platforms, for the Picadilly line were opened in 1908. The Picadilly Line part of the station is built in the Famous ox-blood red brick. To read more about Gloucester road tube station, click here
