Geocache Description:

A short stroll through mature woodland

The cache is not to be found at the above co-ordinates.
It is located within a mile or so of them.

Once upon a time, a dog had a mystic experience, and found religion.
(Seeing as this happened in a remote region of the Himalayas, it might have been a Tibetan Spaniel).

In his quest for enlightenment, he embarked (sic) on a long, long journey to a temple on a faraway mountain top. There he sought an audience with the head priest. The name of the priest escapes me but when you’ve seen one Lama, you’ve seen them all.

The priest was very impressed with the obvious sincerity and devotion of the dog and allowed the dog to enter into the inner sanctum of the temple where a statue of the God was to be found.

This God was quite a friendly God, as Gods go, and was in the habit of uttering words of wisdom from time to time. And so it came to pass that, at the time the dog was prostrating himself before the statue of the God, the God spoke.

It said “ Togo,Try on fifth, Fury of fit, Her nude vends, Tender as the envy,
Then in goon, Noun ell, Thud wonder, Iffy events”

Now the dog didn’t understand Godspeak and couldn’t make head or tail of what was said. But the priest was able to decipher the God’s utterance and told the dog that the God had looked favourably on him. The priest said that, in return for the dog’s devotion, the God had told him the location of a wonderful treasure.
Now the dog had to leave the temple and set forth to find that treasure.

Can you beat him to it?

As a little incentive for the FTF, I have left a £5 Cinema ticket in the cache.
