Geocache Description:

Placed during the 2008 Easter Long weekend while camping in the area with Zylaxas,The Vamilia & Rossco Dude. The area seems to be lacking a central easy cache.

A little history on the location.
Built from local sandstone by Loveridge and Hudson of Bowral.
Opened on 19th May 1898.
Named after Govenor, Lord Hampden.

The area is very busy on weekends and holidays which makes muggle detection high so some stealth or planning will be required.

Cache has been upgraded to a camoflaged ammo box or rectangle container. Please replace as found
