Christmas is a time of year for celebrating friends, reflecting on the year's accomplishments, giving gifts, and appreciating all that we have. Festivus is an annual celebration with "Airing of Grievances", "Feats of Strength", and easily explainable "Festivus Miracles". Like last year, both traditions will be celebrated at this event. Large quantities of plastic wrap will once again be involved.
Events starts at 8:00PM for general socializing, eating, and "airing of grievances".
Year's accomplishments awards, gift exchange (optional), "Feats of Strength", and "Festivus Miracles" will be from 9:00PM - 10:00PM.
OPTIONAL - Bring a $15 geocaching-related gift for a crazy swap gift exchange.
Event is at a popular local restaurant where they serve "chubby circular discs of ground beef". Food purchase is not necessary, however you are more than welcome to order a meal, appetizers, or beverages if you so desire.
We have a reservation for an area in the separate room under the name of "Pam Thor". Please try to arrive on time if possible. We can't be seated until at least half of our party has arrived.
