Ein Event sollte gebührend eröffnet werden. Auch die GeoGames. Das geschieht am Abend vor den sportlichen Wettkämpfen. So wie es sich gehört mit dem Einmarsch der Nationen pünktlich 22.00 Uhr (ok, manche Nation wird den Namen eines Bundeslandes tragen), etwas Kultur, einem zu leistenden Eid und noch ein wenig mehr. Etwas Überraschung soll bleiben.
Die Schranken zu den Parkplätzen öffnen sich 15 Uhr. Die Einfahrten zu den Parkplätzen für PKW und Wohnmobile sind als Wegpunkte im Listing hinterlegt. Auch an einen separaten Parkplatz für Fahrräder ist gedacht.
Wenn Eure Cachermobile ihren endgültigen Standort erreicht haben, könnt ihr an der Registrierung (ebenfalls ein Wegpunkt) Eure bestellten T-Shirts und Eventcoins nebst Teilnehmerunterlagen in Empfang nehmen, in Letzteren ist das Eventgelände genau beschrieben und sie enthalten die Kurzbeschreibungen der neu gelegten Caches.
Das Hauptevent wird wenige Tage später veröffentlicht werden, dort ist dann auch der Link zur Vorregistrierung/Vorbestellung zu finden. Wir bitten Euch aber, natürlich auch hier bei der Eröffnungsveranstaltung „will attend“ zu loggen und die Anzahl der Teammitglieder anzugeben, das erleichtert uns die logistische Planung.

- Anmeldung an den Regstrierungscountern (Waypoint), Ausgabe der Teilnehmerunterlagen (Geländepläne, Programminfos, Cachelisten, Coins, T-Shirts, Frühstücks-Bons,...)
Ab 2200 Uhr Eröffnungsveranstaltung .
- Einmarsch der "Nationen"
- kurze Eröffnungsansprache
- ein wenig Kultur
- ???
Feiern, reden, schlafen und für den Samstag stärken… Oder doch lieber noch ein schneller NC? |
An event should be opened properly. The GeoGames as well! They will be opened in the evening before the competitions. As usual - the marching in of the Nations - (or Federal Countries) at 10 p.m., a little bit culture, the oath and something more as a surprise.
The parking places can be used from 3 p.m. The entrances for cars and caravans are marked in the listing. There is also a special parking for bicycles.
Having reached your final point with your vehicles you may get your ordered T-Shirts, the Event Coins and the documents for participation. In them you´ll find an exact description of the event area and a shorter one of the new Caches.
In a few days the Main Event will be published. There you´ll find the link for pre-ordering and pre-registration. And, please log a “will attend” for the opening performance and inform us how many members are in your team. So we can plan and prepare better.

At 10 p.m. the opening ceremony:
- marching in of the “Nations”
- Welcoming speech etc.
