Ein kurzer Tradi als Bonus für den Höhlenstein.
A short tradi as a bonus cache for Höhlenstein.
Es gibt gleich oberhalb von Kaltenleutgeben einen leicht zerlöcherten Felsen mit zwei befahrbaren Durchgangshöhlen, der sich luckerte Wand oder auch Kirchengrat nennt.
Der Cache bietet sich als Bonuscache für den Höhlenstein an.
Als Ausgangspunkt bietet sich der Startpunkt von Höhlenstein an, die Kirche in Kaltenleutgeben, dazu muss man nach dem Eisstockplatz rechts den Kaisersteig hinauf.
Alternative Möglichkeit: Am Rückweg vom Höhlenstein kommt man auch dort vorbei. Für diese Variante sollte man aber genug Zeit einplanen, der Höhlenstein dauert doch etwas länger, und man sollte für die Kraxeleien das Tageslicht nutzen.
Es empfiehlt sich, nicht zum Felsen abzubiegen, sobald man ihn sieht, sondern bis zu

weiterzugehen.
Von hier kann man, wenn man Richtung Osten schaut, durch beide Höhlen durchsehen.
Ein Stück des Weges weiter, und ein bequemer Weg führt direkt zur Wand.
Jetzt geht es am westlichen Rand des Felsens entlang zum Einstieg des
Kirchengratschlufs, 1915/31 bei

Er sieht nicht nur ein wenig eng aus, ist es auch, aber doch deutlich breiter als die zweite Höhle!
Auf der anderen Seite angekommen geht es links weiter zur zweiten Höhle, dem
löchrigen Loch, 1915/44 .
Beschreibung lt. Höhlenführer:
Kleinräumige Höhle, mit drei befahrbaren und fünf unbefahrbaren Tagöffnungen auf der Ost- bzw. der Westseite des Felsturmes; sie ist nur von sehr schlanken Personen in der Hauptstreckrichtung (N - S) durchgehend befahrbar.
Nachdem ich nicht so schlank bin, habe ich den ersten Eingang links liegen lassen und bin erst beim zweiten hinein.

in einem Loch zwischen dem ersten Eingang (Schluf) und dem dritten, östlichen Eingang.
Nachdem du die Höhle wieder verlassen hast, solltest du den Gipfel erklimmen, vom höchsten Punkt aus hat man eine schönen Aussicht ins Kaltenleutgebner Tal und auf einen Teil des Großraumes Wien.
Right above Kaltenleutgeben there is a slightly perforated rock called Luckerte Wand with two caves inside, each of them having more than one entrance.
As the hike is short and the drive there might be longer it is possible that it is not worth an excursion of its own, but it may easily be added as bonus cache when you are doing the Höhlenstein cache.
A good starting point is the church in Kaltenleutgeben. Turn to the right after the curling place and follow the Kaisersteig.
Alternatively you might visit it on the way back from Höhlenstein. If you plan to do so start early, Höhlenstein might take longer and I recommend visiting Luckerte Wand in daylight.
Coming from Kaltenleutgeben I recommend not going straight for the rock when the GPSr tells you to, but to go on until N48°06.820 E016°11.811.
Turning to the east you can look through both of the caves.
Following the track further on you will soon come to a crossing where a well trodden path leads right to the rock.
Now follow the western boundary of the rock until you reach the entrance of the
Kirchengratschluf, 1915/31, at

Does not only look a bit narrow, it is. But then there is much more space than in the other cave!
Arriving at the other side turn to the left until you reach the second cave, the so called
Löchriges Loch, 1915/44.
The cave guide describes it this way:
Small cave with three passable and five impassable openings in the east and in the west.; only very slender persons can pass it in the main direction (N - S).
Not being too slender myself I ignored the first entrance and took the second to get to the third one, the one in the east.

in a hole between the first entrance (the elongated narrow one) and the eastern entrance.
Having left the cave you should climb the top of the rock, you will have a nice view of the Kaltenleutgeben valley and parts of Vienna and some of the southern suburbs of Vienna.
