Devil's wheel...
Long, long time ago, The Central Park of Šiauliai was a really popular place to go out, but now, everything's ruined...
There were various of carousels... And the park was full life.
Now there is a new attraction "Splius Nuotykių Parkas", it gives some vitality to the park, it's really interesting, so when you will come here, take your money with you! You may want to try it, and you may really like it!
Why I am hiding the cache here? In the past it was a really nice place.. The government dismantled all the carousels except "Devil's wheel" and promised to repair it! It's the only "Devil's wheel" in Lithuania!
To get the cache you may need to take your friend with you, or stand on a bike. (The cache is ~40m away from the wheel.)
