Geocache Description:

The Fellowship of The Trail

Is proud to Present

The FOTT crew have been at it again.

This time we've engaged the front diff and explored the tracks throughout the Wandoo bushland.

We hope you have as much fun finding these caches as we did placing them.

The Fellowship of the Trail are committed to all things caching, including maintenance of their series,

please log all DNFs to alert us of potential missing containers and resist the urge to replace

what you believe to be a missing cache.

There are a number of geocache types in this Geoart. You will need to put some prep time aside before heading out to collect all the coordinates needed.

The trails are all rated as follows. Check the Terrains

Terrain 2.5

Should be able to tackle these in any standard car

Terrain 4.5

A SUV in the dry months but 4WD in the wetter months

Terrain 5.0

You will need a 4WD and due care especially in the wetter months

Wherigo

This is a Wherigo Geocache. But it is a bit different from the standard Wherigo.

You will need to download a single cartridge for all the wherigo Geocaches in this rear wheel. The cartridge can be downloaded from this link.

In each of the Wherigo Geocaches, you will need to key in a code word. For this section of the geoart, we have taken the names of the tracks and roads in the area as the keywords.

Download the cartridge from this link.

The code word for this geocache is QUALEN

Type that word into the Wherigo Cartridge and the coordinates for the hide will be revealed for you.

What is a Wherigo Geocache ?

A wherigo geocache is a different type of geocache. It allows you to "play" what is called a cartridge on certain GPS units and also most smart phones using the relevant app. The apps are free and can be found on your relevant smartphone app store or play store. Just search for wherigo and you should find it there.

The geocaches have a different icon (which you have probably already seen) that looks like the one above, and can be a lot of fun.

How do I play these ?

This cartridge can be played on Wherigo compatible GPS units and smartphone apps. If you get stuck, you can check out my basic "How to Wherigo" page. The website is in its infancy so excuse the rest.
