Was an old railroad town at one time.
Risk, IL maybe still be on some of the Illinois State maps; but the town has been gone for many many years. This was an old railroad town; now the tracks carry grain. When I was a kids, my family shipped out "corn cobs" on the rail. Now you will probably see white or black plastic tubing; which the farmers will use instead of clay tile to help drain their fields.
