Geocache Description:

This is a nice hike in an area found when doing the "Tallahassee's First" geocache.

You can approachd this trail from Tom Brown Park, or you could get very close to the cache by driving into Piney Z Plantation. If entering from Tom Brown, you can park your car near the restrooms just past the BMX track and by the playground. The trailhead for the path you want to take is at waypoint N 30 26.852 W 84 12.615. It is no longer muddy near the trail head since a bridge was installed, so the trail is pretty dry. Cache is approximately 1 mile from the trailhead. Keep watch for the abundant wildlife in the area. When reaching for the cache, watch out for critters (snakes, spiders, alligators, polar bears, etc) and don't cut yourself. Cache is an ammo can. In keeping with the spirit of the cache, please leave matchbox cars or other swag in the spirit of classic automobiles.
