A Sturdy Walk is a series of 12 caches forming a circular walk of about 4 miles placed to coincide with the 2008 Dreaming Spires Cache Bash at Sturdys Castle. This is a family friendly walk (although you may struggle with a buggy in some parts) with not too much in the way of hills and roads, and no Micro's 
.
In the cache you will find a letter and a number which you should take note of and use it to help you find the Bonus cache.
From No 7 continue to the road and turn right. From here I am afraid that you need to follow the quiet country lane for about 1/3 mile so please be careful with children and dogs. At the end of the lane you will need to cross the busier B road to rejoin the footpath on the other side of the bridge. You will be pleased to here that this is the last road. Unfortunately you now have another (the last one) hill to climb which is a bit narrow and rough so you may struggle with a buggy. There is a slight detour adding about 0.15 mile to the walk, see additional waypoint below.
