House Lannister of Casterly Rock is one of the Great Houses of the Seven Kingdoms, and the principal house of the Westerlands. Their seat is Casterly Rock. By tradition, the title Warden of the West is held by the head of house Lannister, the Lord of Casterly Rock.
The Lannister's sigil is a golden lion on a field of crimson. Their official motto is "Hear Me Roar!" However, their unofficial motto, equally well known, is "A Lannister always pays his debts."
This is the second cache of the series.
To solve this cache, go to the listed coordinates. There you will find two lions.
A: Count all separate handrails enclosed by the two lions
B: Count the Corinthian half-columns at the building facade behind the lions
Look at the lion's tails. If the North lion's tail points down and the South lion's tail points up: add. Otherwise: subtract
To get the final coordinates add or subtract 5 times (A+1) to the North coordinate
Add or subtract B from the West coordinate
