A cache located is one of the most beautiful provincial park of the province.
The cache is located in the Parc du Bic, a provincial park in Lower St. Lawrence area. You must enter by the "secteur du Cap-a-l'original" on highway 132. It's about 30 km west of Rimouski.
Once in the park, park your car at N48° 21.408' W68° 47.825'. Go behind the "ferme Rioux". That's were the trails begins. Take the trail named "Le chemin du Nord". Follow it until the very end (about 2 km). Don't be fool by the small hill at the beginning, the trail is very flat.
The cache is a tupperware box with a light green cover. It contains:
- A whoopee bag (very funny for kids)
- 2 superballs
- A kid brace
- A log book with pencil
- A cherry powder juice bag
- A yo-yo
Fee are 9$ for the entire family. Don't forget to bring your camera. You will see why so many tourists camp on this park... In French, the nickname of the park is: L'endroit ou il y a les plus beaux couchers de soleil sur terre". (The place with the most beautiful sunset on Earth).
