Geocache Description:

A pair of caches in Maynard Wood, Bagworth.

Maynard wood is a National Forest tender scheme area of woodland. There are a couple of small lakes / large ponds creating a small wetland spots within the woodland. The area shares a boundary with the local freight only railway line.

Please note: although there is an entrance to the woodland very near to the cache, we suggest you park near to the posted waypoint. Unless of course, you complete these two caches after finding the nearby short multi 'One Good Turn' and then you can just walk the short distance from the final to this series.

The cache container likes to hide away, so please be careful and re-hide well!
