The cache is a small lock and lock container. Caution is required due to steep terrain!
Situated on the National Trust for Scotland's Mar Lodge Estate, the Linn of Dee is one of the main gateways for hillwalkers accessing the Southern Cairngorms. Here, below the bridge the river Dee tumbles throught a chasm containing a short series of turbulent falls and deep, dark pothole pools before re-gaining it's normality.
There's a great place to swim! But please be careful of the water level!
