Deze cache is onderdeel van een kindvriendelijke geocachingreeks die 6 traditionele caches bevat (van diverse formaten) en 1 bonuscache met trackable-hotel en goodies.
Het traject is ongeveer 3,5 km lang. Als je de tradi’s volgens de nummering loopt, maak je er een mooie wandel- of fietstocht van langs speeltuintjes, park en bos. De codes om de bonus te zoeken, vind je in de containertjes of op de logboekjes.
Parking 1 en start: N 051° 09,982 – E 003° 04,146. Op dit dorpspleintje vind je trouwens een monument ter ere van Zerkegemnaar Romain Maes (1912-1983) die in 1935 de Tour de France won. Het monument werd op 1 april 2012 onthuld bij de doortocht van de Ronde van Vlaanderen.
Parking 2 en start: N 051° 10,046 – E 003° 04,047. Meteen een eerste speeltuintje bij de voetbalvelden van VKSO Zerkegem.

This cache is part of a child-friendly series which exist of 6 traditional caches (various formats) and 1 bonus cache with tracablehotel and goodies.
