Stoney Marsh - Here is our very first hidden cache, it is in a really nice location that can be visited at anytime. I have taken some photos of the 'general' location to give you an idea but nothing that will spoil the cache hunt.
Dogs are welcome, the pathways firm mud so should be ok for buggies most of the time although there can be big puddles if its rained alot . There is ample parking on the Romsey side of the cache off the main road. It should be noted that the stockbridge side of the cache there is a turning but this is private parking. Once you find the cache if you continue up the pathway and turn left at the end you will see a bridge with some really nice views. The other side of the bridge there is a pathway into the fields if you fancy a longer walk but to the right is private access to a house which is not for use by the public. I am on Orange and struggled to get a phone signal (you can by the bridge), GPS signal was good though so its worth downloading the maps and info for this one just in case!!
