While not actually a rank, Scouts who have earned their Eagle Scout rank can continue, earning Eagle Palms (Bronze, Gold, Silver). In addition to being an active scout since earning your eagle or last palm for at least 3 months, you have to earn an additional 5 merit badges. There is no limit to the number of palms an eagle scout can earn, as long as the have the extra merit badges and time.
The actual cache is located 35-40 feet up/off the trail. There are plenty of places to hide this ammo can, so I've included a picture as an extra hint.
