This is a simple offset cache. The final is a whizbang with room for log only. BYOP
The Windy Hills bear is reborn and back tougher and stronger than he was before hibernation. The coordinates will take you to the new bear. This guy is more lifelike, both in size and appearance, than his predecessor. From the bear go approximately 150' due South to find this nugget of a cache. Parking is available in the nearby shopping center.
