Welcome to Tsawwassen and a cache that is dedicated to teaching any and all geocacher hunters a few things about this southern small city in Metro Vancouver.
The cache is however not at the above coordinates but it is within a kilometer of the posted coordinates.

Blue Herones are very common.
Brent Seabrook plays for the Chicago Blackhawks in hockey.
Coast Salish people live here and have a treaty.

Also please "recover" up the cache the way that you found it as it can be easily exposed.
