Tsukuba City is the main science city of Japan.
There are lots of research institutes of corporations
and Ministries in this city.
Many industrial parks were planed to invite company's
research institutes when Tsukuba City was born.
Above all, there are three industrial parks named "Techno-Park".
I hid the cache in one of them, Techno-Park SAKURA.
There is the twin-tower for observation near the cache.
You can see Mt.Tsukuba from the platform.
Free parking lot is available.

つくば市は日本でも有数の研究学園都市として有名です。
市内には数多くの企業や官庁の研究所が集まっており、研究所や工場を誘致する
ために区画整理された工業団地がたくさんあります。
中でも「テクノパーク」と呼ばれる工業団地が３つあり、キャッシュはそのうちの
ひとつ「テクノパーク桜」内の公園に隠しました。
キャッシュの近くにはツインタワーがあり、上の展望台からは、晴れていると
筑波山がよく見えます。
公園には10台分の無料駐車場があります。
