The orginal cache in this location grew legs and walked away after
lasting 18 months.
With it's proximity to the border this spot makes the ideal
location for a TB stop of some sort and I have changed it into a TB
hostel for moving TB's around the region.
The cache contains three bags, one with the logbook and pen, and
one for travelers moving to the US and one for Travelers moving to
Canada.
