When I first moved to Eau Claire, many years ago, I quickly discovered what a gem Carson Park was. I enjoyed walking around the park and watching the animals. I recall seeing an owl flying near the location of the cache, so I thought this would be a fitting name. The cache is a medium sized container with room for trade items. Please return the cache to its original position and beware of muggles.
