Geocache Description:

This cache was named after the trail that it was originally hidden near. Since its hiding in June 2001, many changes have taken place in Castlewood Park. The name of the trail, that it took its namesake from, changed from “Blue Ribbon” to the “Cedar Bluff Loop.” The Meramec River has also eroded the property between the River Scene Trail and the Stinging Nettle / Al Foster Trails. It is now private property of the railroad who have posted no trespassing signs. Because of these changes, gaining access to this cache from Castlewood Park is bit more difficult as cutting through private property is really frowned on by the State Park and railroad management. Your best plan of attack for this cache is to access it from the Sherman Beach County Park (38.535200, -90.580720).
