CACHE ISN'T AT THE LISTED COORDINATE
This is a cache made from a salvaged ammo can. It is no longer water tight but all inner contents should be safe.
All GPS satellites have been taken down for spring cleaning. With nothing better to do, Brad and Jeremy decide to play Monopoly.
So far, Brad owns the Water Works, all the Railroads, and all the properties that are between "GO TO JAIL" and "COLLECT $200.00 SALARY AS YOU PASS GO".
Jeremy owns The Electric Company and all the property between the "Reading Railroad" and the "Pennsylvania Railroad".
On Jeremy's previous roll, he landed on The B&O Railroad. On this turn, he rolls and lands on The Water Works.
The combined rent that Brad collects from those two rolls completes the Latitude.

On Brad's previous roll, he landed on Baltic Avenue and bought two houses. On this roll, he lands on The Electric Company (which Jeremy owns) and must pay the bill. Needing cash, he decideds to mortgage one of his properties, Connecticut Avenue. The amount of his Electric Bill fills in the first two blanks of the Logitude and the money recieved from mortgaging his property fills in the last two blanks.
