The third child of FDR and Eleanor died as an infant (March 18, 1909 – November 1, 1909). Franklin is buried in the Saint James Episcopal Churchyard, Hyde Park.
An interesting fact about his father, FDR: After supporting Al Smith’s successful campaign for NY Governor, Smith appointed FDR to the Taconic State Park Commission. His fellow commissioners chose him as chairman, and he served on the commission until the end of 1928. Source: Wikipedia
