A beautiful panoramic view awaits! A nice but steep hike, paved steps, along the ridge of a hill at Fuguo park. This is close to Heping plaza. The best places to enter the park is just South from on the Park's East side.
This is a beautiful and well maintained park that contains a small network of trails mostly following the ridge line from Heping towards Dalian Medical University. From the ridge you get great 360 degree views of Xinghai Bay and the Dalian skyline. The cache is a well disguised medium sized plastic bottle near the 'octopus tree'. Inside there are some small things, paper and pen for logging your find. Make sure you go on a clear day. Have fun and enjoy the view!
PLEASE NOTE: Google Maps doesn't display properly in Dalian. If you are using a smartphone to find this cache make sure you're using the Google Satellite view setting instead of the map view. The cache is on the ridgeline and not far off the path.
