One of my favorite trails to run on. Very nice views. Trail connects the State Farm parking to the 3rd bridge in a very adventurous way. Although I don't know why, this trail is called the "Dead Cow Loop". This name is clearly not applicable to the trail though.
Cache is along a very nice ridge, with ots of awsome views, especially in the winter. Although it may be covered with leaves, the coordinates are good, and just move the leaves aside until you make the find! You will have to scramble through a 4 terrain hill, but you can make it past that. Although Watauga and ASU cross-country runners use this trail, you won't find much traffic. Please watch for muggles. Parts of my "Greenway Extension Bonus" coords are in here. Cache can take trade items and geocoins. Please close the lid tightly so that it does not pop open! If you go up on the side trail, it will take you to University Villiage, a neiborhood near 421. It then loops back around to reconnect with the main Kennedy trail near the 2nd bridge. Enjoy the hike, caches, and views!
