Archikatedra św. Jana Chrziciela we Wrocławiu
Jest to jeden z najważniejszych kościołów na Dolnym Śląsku. Został zaprojektowany w stylu gotyckim i stoi w tym miejscu (na ul. Katedralnej) od około 700 lat. Obecna budowla, to juz czwarty kościół w tym miejscu i robi ona wrażenie na wielu turystach - jej długość to ponad 100 metrów, a szerokość ok. 45 metrów. Została ona poświęcona patronowi Wrocławia - świętemu Janowi Chrzicielowi. Archikatedra posiada kilka wież, z których można podziwiać piękną panoramę miasta. W prezbiterium zobaczymy cudowny, rzeźbiony ołtarz Zaśnięcia Maryi Panny z 1522 roku. Wnętrze archikatedry zostało przebudowane w okresie baroku, witraże natomiast prezentują dzieła polskich powojennych artystów (m.in. Z. Acedańskiego). W kościele można podziwiać kilka kaplic, które pochodzą z różnych lat (XIV w.-XVIII w.). Zawierają one przepiękne dekoracje, które dają obraz sztuki na przełomie wieków. Ciekawostką jest, że organy z początku XXw. były (w momencie powstania) największym tego typu instrumentem na świecie. Przetrwały wojnę z kilkoma uszkodzeniami, ale po renowacji cieszą ucho po dziś dzień.

Kesz ukryty jest na koordach przy samej Archikatedrze (którą gorąco polecam odwiedzić). Jest to bardzo ruchliwa oraz turystyczna okolica, więc szczególnie proszę o zachowanie ostrożności! Na starcie skrzynka zawiera logbook, ołówek oraz certyfikaty.
Kesza należy podejmować zdecydowanym ruchem ręki i najlepiej wpisywać się troszkę dalej od miejsca ukrycia. Proszę o bardzo dokładne zamykanie pojemnika, by nie dostała się woda. Powodzenia i dobrej zabawy!

The Cathedral of St. John Baptist
This is one of the most important churches in Lower Silesia. It was designed in a gothic style and it has been standing in this place (Cathedral Street) for around 700 years. The building we see nowadays is the fourth church here. It astonishes a lot of people - the length of the Cathedral is over 100 meters and the width is around 45 meters. It was dedicated to St. John Baptist - the patron of Wrocław. The cathedral has got a few towers from which you can admire the amazing landscape of Wrocław. In the sanctuary we can see a wonderful, sculptured St Mary's Altar from the year 1522. The interior of the church was rebuilt in the Baroque, however the stained glass windows present the art of polish after-war artists. In the church you can see chapels which come from various years (XIV - XVIII century). They contain beautiful decorations which show us the difference of art in different centuries. An interesting fact is that the church organs (built in XX century) were the biggest such an instrument in the world (after they were built). Fortunately they survived the war (they were a little bit damaged) and after the renovation you can listen to them until today.

The cache contains a logbook, a pencil and certifactes at the start.
We also recommend entering the building as it's also very beautiful inside, the entrance is close to the place where the cache is hidden.
